Buse Engin Can started her professional career in 2013 as a Project Engineer Manager at the Innovation Project Development firm. After this experience, he established an R&D ecosystem at PeakUp and got the company to obtain an R&D center certificate approved by the Ministry of Industry, and continued his duty as the R&D and Innovation Coordinator there. While working as R&D Coordinator and R&D Team Leader at Sistem Global Teknoloji consultancy company, he gave consultancy to many companies; Analyzed and planned strategies. Approved by the Ministry, the HAMLE program evaluated the projects of companies from various sectors as a technical evaluator. In addition, he organized many trainings and webinars such as Grant and Incentive Trainings, R&D Design center continuation training, supports for the IT sector, Funding Resources training and PCM training, and guided and gave trainings to hundreds of companies. He always took care to stay on the field by engaging in business development, product development and sales and marketing activities. Buse Engin Can, who joined ODS Consulting Group in May 2023, continues her career as an Investments and Project Management Senior Manager. ODS Consulting Group continues to work with a 360-degree holistic approach to develop high-quality projects that meet the needs of its customers.
