Nihan Çam manages the recruitment processes within ODS Consulting Group and is responsible for the follow-up of open positions within the institution, the realization of in-house recruitment and the execution of candidate orientation as well as job placement processes to the benefit of companies for which ODS Consulting Group provides recruitment consultancy services. After working as a human resources professional in Ankara's leading health institutions for many years, Nihan Çam entered into the consultancy sector and provided support for the identification and recruitment of experts and consultants who took part in projects funded by international organizations, with particular regard to the European Union and the United Nations. She continues her developmental studies in the corresponding areas of expertise on the fulcrum of trainings she received on advanced coaching skills, career coaching, interview coaching, biometric face reading and profile identification.
