Tuğba İmamoğlu started her professional career in 2006 and joined ODS Consulting Group in 2020 as a Strategic Client Consultant. After supporting the customer relations management processes for 2 years, she joined the team operating under the CEO as of April 2022 and undertook the position of CEO Office Manager. Tuğba involved in many areas such as the execution of the strategic and operational processes required for ODS Consulting Group in the most rigorous manner possible. She plays a key role in creating action plans for the solution of bottlenecks encountered in operational processes, ensuring that all departments serve the same goals effectively and in due synchronicity.
