Tuğçe Ünsal started her professional career in 2008 as Avivasa Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş Portfolio Advisor, affiliated to Akbank T.A.Ş. After a year of work, she worked as a Solution Management Specialist (Back Office) at Türk Telekom General Directorate for 5 years. Tuğçe Ünsal started working as part of the Operations Department at ODS Consulting Group in 2014 and has been guiding companies on Government Grants and Inducements for more than 8 years. She participated in the processes of directing the companies to the incentives suitable for the expenditures of the companies served, checking the eligibility, making the applications and following the processes through the finalization of applications. In addition, Tuğçe Ünsal is in charge of following the in-departmental trainings and the work processes of the experts and continues her career at ODS Consulting Group as Operations Unit Manager.
